The Teaching Laboratory is a facility within the Department of Food and Agricultural Products Technology (TPHP) that serves as the primary venue for undergraduate (S-1) student practicums. Practicums are conducted in rotation, following a schedule set by the Practicum Coordinator of the TPHP Department.

Centralizing practicum activities in this Teaching Laboratory aims to optimize the use of laboratory space by allowing Undergraduate, Master (S-2), and Doctoral (S-3) students to conduct their research projects, including theses and dissertations, without disruptions from practicum activities and vice versa. As the student body in the TPHP Department continues to grow, this arrangement provides an effective win-win solution to balance both practical training and research needs.
