The study program has consistently facilitated student mobility initiatives. For Master in Food Science and Technology (MFST) students, these opportunities are integrated into the curriculum, particularly in support of completing the Thesis or Selected Topic courses. The program has established agreements with renowned institutions such as Prince of Songkla University (Thailand) and Kyoto University (Japan), providing students with the opportunity to participate in double-degree programs. These programs enable students to take courses through credit transfer agreements during their second year and complete the dual-degree program within two years.
In addition to the double-degree program, MFST students can engage in research exchange programs with institutions such as the University of Cadiz (Spain), Yamagata University (Japan), and Ehime University (Japan). These exchanges offer invaluable opportunities for students to gain international experience, deepen their knowledge, and enhance their professional competencies.
Moreover, students also participate in short-term training courses designed to broaden their understanding of food science and technology in an international context. These activities not only enhance their technical knowledge but also help them develop a global perspective and innovative approaches to addressing challenges in the field of food science and technology.
