Graduation Info
Regular Track
- Have collected 40 credits (119.4 ECTS) with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
- No D and/or E grades.
- Have had a minimum publication of:
- One paper under review in a nationally accredited scientific journal (SINTA 2 or higher) or
- One accepted paper in indexed international proceedings.
By-Research Track
- Have collected 36 credits (112.5 ECTS) with a minimum GPA of 3.25.
- No D and/or E grades.
- Have had a minimum publication of:
- One accepted paper in an indexed international journal or
- Two accepted papers in indexed international proceedings.
Students who have passed the yudisium are eligible to participate in graduation, subject to the applicable terms and conditions. Graduation ceremonies are conducted collectively at the university level and are held up to four times per academic year, specifically in January, April, July, and October.
The postgraduate graduation periods are scheduled as follows:
Period I : October
Period II : January
Period III : April
Period IV : July

Photo Specifications
- A color photo with a white background.
- Maximum file size: 2 MB, with a 3:4 photo size ratio and .jpg format. (If the photo size/ratio does not meet the requirements, cropping may be necessary beforehand.)
Attire
- Men: White shirt, black tie, black suit
- Women: White shirt, black blazer
- For women wearing a hijab: White shirt and black suit, with a black hijab.
Positioning
- The body and head must be upright and aligned, facing forward.
- Both ears must be visible for those who do not wear a hijab.
- The use of sunglasses, face veils, masks, or other facial coverings is not allowed.
Photo Quality
- The photo must be clear, sharp, and not blurry.
- It must not be a scanned or reproduced image taken from a mobile phone.
Final Thesis Submission
Upload the final thesis file according to the specified format via the website https://simaster.ugm.ac.id using a UGM email account or SSO UGM.
Files of the final thesis must be in the PDF OCR format, with file names as exemplified below,
File Format:
[Level of Education]-[Year of Graduation]-[Student ID Number]-[Section Code]
