The Biotechnology Laboratory is a laboratory in the Department of Food and Agricultural Product Technology that aims to develop knowledge related to the aspects of microbiology, including microbiology analysis on agricultural products, fermentation, microbial enzymes, isolation and identification of microbes, industrial microbiology, microbiology in food and processing, as well as genetic engineering.
